Red wine has many substances that can help you being healthy.

First of all alcohol keeps your blood fluid this improving your circulation.

Then the resveratrol helps protecting from brain strokes (http://www.venditavinoitaliano.it/it/eventi/rassegna-stampa/438-vino-rosso-ictus.html), slows the deterioration of bones, eyes and heart.

Red wine is been proved to help in weight control diets... (http://www.venditavinoitaliano.it/it/eventi/rassegna-stampa/news-passate/411-il-vino-rosso-aiuta-nelle-diete-a-controllare-il-peso.html)

Just don't exaggerate: one or two glasses per day
References :
Well there are antioxidants in red wine, because it is made from the juice being in contact with the skin and stems.

I think there is also a huge aspect that is under appreciated, the lessening of stress. Don't you feel better after a glass of wine? I certainly do!
References :
http://www.uncorkedventures.com/WineClubs

The benefits and precautions are far to numerous to be listed here. Consult your Doctor for his or her view on this. Also, you can do a Yahoo or Google search for the health benefits of red wine. You will learn a lot.

Ceecee is of course right, and you should know that I am a diplomat of the California Wine Advisory Board. This was a marketing effort in the early 1970s, where you read a booklet and took an open-book test and sent it in. You (always, I bet) got your diploma in the mail in about a week. I still have mine.
References :
Relaxation (stress kills!) Reservatrol (anti aging) antioxidants, settles the stomach ("a little wine for the stomach..." - proverb). Be sure you are drinking wine made from grapes grown without pesticides and herbicides and made without chemicals in the winery for the most health benefits.(Try troonvineyard.com) It tastes so good because the grapes taste good, and each different variety (Merlot, Syrah) has a different flavor and those vary by soil type and climate. I love it too! Mmmm :)
References :
I am a wine educator.

Hey girl, the cheapest primer i could find that everyone raves about is the Rimmel Fix & Perfect Foundation Primer. My friends use it and there skin glows, it does have a tint in it, but it blends nicely. On youtube you can search "Rimmel Fix & Perfect Foundation Primer Reviews" and Im sure you will get tons of videos up there! On a side note is is $7.99 and sometimes when your local drugstore has deals you can even get it at a lower price. They sell it at ulta stores for $7.59 and CVS they sell it the cheapest for $7.29. The ingredients are:

Aqua/Water/Eau; Cyclopentasiloxane; Aluminum Starch Octenylsuccinate; Propylene Glycol; Phenyl Trimethicone; Ethylhexyl Methoxycinnamate; Dimethicone; Polyethylene; Talc; Dimethicone PEG-10/15 Crosspolymer; Magnesium Sulfate; Vinyl Dimethicone/Methicone Silsesquioxane Crosspolymer; Methyl Methacrylate Crosspolymer; Phenoxyethanol; Lauryl PEG-9 Polydimethylsiloxyethyl Dimethicone; Lecithin; Parfum/Fragrance; Silica Dimethyl Silylate; Methylparaben; Gossypium Herbaceum (Cotton) Powder; Tocopheryl Acetate; Butylparaben; Ethylparaben; Isobutylparaben; Propylparaben; Silica; Dipropylene Glycol; Tocopherol; Triethoxycaprylylsilane; BHT; Hexyl Cinnamal; Limonene; Butylphenyl Methylpropional; Benzyl Salicylate; Linalool; Geraniol; Alpha-Isomethyl Ionone; Citronellol; [May Contain/Peut Contenir +/-: Titanium Dioxide (CI 77891), Iron Oxides (CI 77491, CI 77492, CI 77499), Mica (CI 77019), Chromium Oxide Greens (CI 77288), Ultramarines (CI 77007)]

Hope your having a wonderful day<3
References :
http://lh4.ggpht.com/_HB4TRRr9C_s/SEmVyfdRXHI/AAAAAAAAAF8/-4A-FI4TdLs/DSC03056.JPG

You may have noticed that in the last year or so, 'foundation primers' have been touted as the latest and greatest in 'makeup technology'. But do you need one? Do they really work? Which one should you try? Are they only for liquid foundation users? Will they feel heavy? Will you look more 'made up'? Are they bad for your skin? OR ... have you tried a few primers only to find they feel greasy and don't give you any real benefit? Read on ...

I personally don't use foundation. I've tried them all and even the lightest of foundations or tinted moisturizers are still too much 'make up' for my liking. I use only a light powder before putting on whatever makeup I'm wearing. So, I didn't expect foundation primer to be something I would truly benefit from. However, because I have access to so many samples, I couldn't resist trying them out to see what all the fuss was about.

Initially, every primer I tried just felt rather greasy, and didn't seem to add any benefit to my makeup application whatsoever. I had decided that foundation primer was one beauty product that I could definitely do without. Then, recently, I received a sample packet of Bare Escentuals newest product, "Prime Time" Foundation Primer. I have an extremely high opinion of BE products, (I do not limit myself strictly to BE, but I do religiously use a handful of products that I would never again be without), so in all fairness, I thought I should give it a try.

This stuff is like MAGIC! It's light, weightless, soft and silky without being the least bit greasy or tacky ... and it literally made any remnants of visible pores disappear. My powder glided on like satin. My complexion was truly improved, perfectly even and balanced, and my skin felt great - completely comfortable. Further, I noticed throughout the day that I didn't seem to need to touch up the shine on my nose (which I normally do at least a couple of times a day). I am thoroughly impressed, and extremely glad that I tried it. Infused with minerals, plant extracts, antioxidants and vitamins C and E for added age-defying power, this one is a no-brainer ... good for your skin and fabulous for your complexion. This product is definitely joining my 'can't live without' list!

HOT TIP: BE is now offering a trial size trio of Skin Rev-er Upper, Eye Rev-er Upper and Prime Time for under $30!
References :
http://reviews.ebay.com/Prime-Time-The-Perfect-Foundation-Primer_W0QQugidZ10000000004420667
