Ceecee is of course right, and you should know that I am a diplomat of the California Wine Advisory Board. This was a marketing effort in the early 1970s, where you read a booklet and took an open-book test and sent it in. You (always, I bet) got your diploma in the mail in about a week. I still have mine.

Well there are antioxidants in red wine, because it is made from the juice being in contact with the skin and stems.

I think there is also a huge aspect that is under appreciated, the lessening of stress. Don’t you feel better after a glass of wine? I certainly do!
