What more should I do to better my longevity formulation?

By

Currently I am following many of the guidelines for healthy living at Realage(dot)com, so I am exercising properly and regularly, meditating daily, eating more beans and much less meat, eating more fruit and vegetables. I am also sleeping 8 to 9 hours per day, following proper oral hygiene and grooming and am feeling happier without taking pills.
My supplementation is as follows:
3000 mg Alaska Fish Oil
700 mg Calcium
500 mg Vitamin C
1100 IU Vitamin D
52 g Anabolic Protein
500 mg Resveratrol (a powerful antioxidant akin to Acai berry)

I am also drinking green tea 3 times per day and limiting my dietary intake to 1800 calories per day.
Currently I weigh 185 pounds and am 6′ 3" tall. I’m 35 years old.

If anyone has any decent input – or can add to this (recommend something YOU do) – I would very much like to hear about it.

BTW I feel GREAT!! Better than I felt in my 20′s.
